The mission of the WAWM Family Resource Center is to strengthen our community by supporting families and individuals through programming and services that raise awareness and address current community challenges.
OUR Goals
To develop and facilitate programs for families and individuals in our community that enhance quality of life and create health families.
To operate as a community partner bringing organizations, businesses, citizens, government, schools, and key stakeholders in our community together.
To encourage healthy choices, responsibility, and independence of our youth through programs, workshops, and special events.
To end parental isolation, identify potential crisis situations, and to connect those families and/or individuals to the appropriate resources.
To empower families to build on their strengths to raise their children, keep their families safe, and to support each other.
To promote community activities that align with our mission.
